What is an online consultation?
Online consultation is a live consultation via video conference with a senior medical specialists in various disciplines.
You and your local physician can discuss your treatment options and diagnostics strategy with the medical specialists. An interpreter will be present during the whole online consultation
This service includes:
- Live online consultation with a senior medical specialist
- Thorough examination of the patient’s medical documents and of the request form
- Technical support by the German IT
- Interpreter services during the teleconsultation

- 20 min. - 450 €
- 40 min. - 650 €
- 60 min. - 900 €
Rules and service description
- Fill out the request form by clicking "Online Consultation Inquiry". Attach your current medical reports which are necessary for the image evaluation (in German or English).
- It takes around 2-10 days to organize an online consultation after receiving your request and medical documents.
- Your teleconsultation can take place: by means of the VIDYO-system which can be installed directly on your computer over a link sent by our Telemedicine Team. Please note that you will need a computer with a webcam, a microphone and a high-speed internet connection (min. 700 kbit/sec.) to provide high quality of video communication.
- A connection test can be carried out any time.
- In case of additional questions and/or sending additional documents for evaluation after your online consultation has taken place, our medical center may bill you for these extra services. Teleconsultation protocol will be sent to you in German. Of course translation of the report into English can be ordered additionally. Translation costs for German-English apply per line by the Medical Center.
- Payment for the ordered service must be provided in advance.
Please note: according to the German law, your physician must be present during your online consultation
